Dear Stakeholder,

At KMG Chemicals, we are committed to excellence in environmental, health and safety performance and take pride in being a welcome corporate citizen and making a difference in the communities in which we operate.  Our corporate core values begin with, Safety First – Safety of all our employees and customers, as well as the environment and communities in which we operate.

In 2009, we further confirmed our commitment by applying for and receiving membership in the American Chemistry Council.  While the principles have been in place within the company, our ACC membership formalizes our adherence to the Responsible Care® initiative encompassing the safe and secure management of chemical products and operations.

In addition, sustainability is a critical component of our corporate strategic plans and our pledge is to continue delivering improved performance in our three primary areas of focus:

Conservation – Reduce, Reuse & Recycle... At KMG, we are focused on materials and energy conservation via careful management of the environment and our natural resources.

Environmental Stewardship – In all our market segments, we seek to manufacture products that will benefit the environment as we work to produce them to increasingly strict environmental standards.

Community – Ingrained in KMG’s corporate culture is to contribute positively to the communities in which we live and operate.
